*Where do you ship?
Currently we ship to Canada and the United States.

*What is your return policy?
Merchandise may be returned within 15 days of purchase. Please see our return policy for the details of what may be returned and how to process a return with us.

*What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payment through Visa and MasterCard or from PayPal. If you choose to checkout with PayPal you do not have to have an existing PayPal account as you can checkout as a guest with Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card. PayPal customers also have the option to pay from a bank account linked to your account with them.

*What sales tax will be charged?
For Canadian orders sales tax is charged based on the GST/HST/PST regulations of the province in which you reside. For US orders it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay any tax, duty or fee related to importing the goods into your state.

*Do you have a store location I can visit?
Cocojullion.com is strictly an online boutique. We pride ourselves on providing clear and detailed images of all of our merchandise so you feel confident in the purchase you are making. If you have any questions regarding a certain item that you can not find from the image or in the description please do not hesitate to ask us at info@cocojullion.com and we will be happy to help you.

*I need more of an item than you are showing in stock. Can you get more?
